UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a) That a 10% administrative penalty in the amount of R 720.00 IS APPROVED in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 616, Big Bay, for the unauthorized structure (Store Room) as per plan with reference 01041 attached as annexure B;
REASONS FOR DECISION
1. No extenuating circumstances existed that warranted the unlawful use or construction of the building.
