a) An administrative penalty of R 2 326.00 (5%) IS APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, in respect of erf 3163 Montague Gardens, in accordance with plan number 240314001.
REASONS FOR DECISION
1. The applicant has not demonstrated extenuating circumstances leading to the contraventions has failed to comply with relevant regulations due to negligence.
