Subcouncil 20 notes the Subdelegation Rule part 25 5(1), the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with the Chairperson and Ward Councillor recommended that the application for a liquor licence received from Shoprite Liquorshop Maynard Mall, Shop 9 and 9A Cnr Main and Wetton Road and Lower Church Street, Wynberg, for the sale of liquor for consumption OFF Premises, Reference No LLA1704007 BE SUPPORTED
