that
(a) The principles and procedures relating to the 2018/19 Subcouncil ward allocation process, as outlined in this report, BE ADOPTED on the understanding that the financial provision for Subcouncil ward allocations will in each instance be allocated to the Subcouncil as a whole, such amount to be calculated on the basis of the number of wards within each Subcouncil;
(b) The Subcouncil members BE REQUESTED to submit their proposed projects in line with the proposed time frames.
