UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for City Approval as set out in Annexure A on Erf 889 Pinelands BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with the plans in Annexure C and subject to the conditions in Annexure A.
b. The application for Deletion of condition of an existing approval as set out in Annexure A on Erf 889 Pinelands BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with the plans in Annexure C and subject to the conditions in Annexure A.
c. The application for Permanent Departures as set out in Annexure A on Erf 889 Pinelands BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure C and subject to conditions in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend reason 7.1.2 as follows:
7.1.2 The proposal is consistent with Council’s Spatial Frameworks and complies with City policies (i.e. Cape Town Municipal Spatial Development Framework, Table Bay District Plan, Inclusive Economic Development Strategy, Social Development Strategy and Densification Policy)
