Subcouncil 2 is one of the City of Cape Town's more easterly subcouncils and consists of six wards that cover the area that includes the new Cilmor industrial area in the west, and Bloekombos, Wallacedene in the east, on the City's boundary with Stellenbosch, Kuils River in the south and Haasendal Smalloholdings in the north.
