Resolution details

RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:

That the application for subdivision of Erf 42464 Cape Town into four (4) residential portions and a remainder road (splay) in accordance with the plan of subdivision referenced “Proposed Subdivision Plan ; Job 23.277 (Revision 2)” and dated August 2023, attached hereto as Annexure C, BE APPROVED in terms of section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By Law, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

Amended Condition

2.3.7. All relevant services shall be handed over to the City after being inspected by the City of Cape Town on completion of the works and a completion certificate shall be issued by the Engineer prior to transfer of individual erven. The splay shall be transferred to the City at the cost of the owner upon the transfer of the first residential property,
