Subcouncil 24 consists of five wards. It is bordered by Macassar and Blue Downs and encompasses a large part of Khayelitsha. The major roads that run through Subcouncil 24 include the N2, Baden Powell Drive, Walter Sisulu Road, and Mew Way.
