An administrative penalty in the amount of R10 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 76500 Cape Town at Southfield for the unauthorised place of instruction as shown on the plan drawn by Metaform Architects, with drawing numbers 001 & 002, both revision 1, both dated June 2021.
