An administrative penalty in the amount of R5 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 11286 Constantia regarding the unauthorised building work as shown on the plans drawn by T.A. Planners, with drawing numbers 12286/2021-1, 12286/2021-2 & 12286/2021-3, all dated 28-04-2021.
