Application in terms of the Section 42(d) of the CCT MPBL (2015) for the Subdivision of Erf 2001 Hagley into two portions, Portion 1 measuring ±5,7929 ha and the Remainder measuring ±9,8884 ha, in accordance with plan of subdivision with drawing number Erf 2001/001 Hagley dated April 2022. </li><li> 2. Application in terms of the Section 42(a) of the CCT MPBL (2015) for the Rezoning of Portion 1 from Agricultural (AG) to Subdivisional Area Overlay Zone to allow for (residential, community facility, public road, and open space) in accordance with plan of subdivision with drawing number 2001/001 Hagley dated April 2022. </li><li> 3. Application in terms of the Section 42(d) of the CCT MPBL (2015) for the Subdivision of Portion 1 of Erf 2001 Hagley into 332 portions in accordance with plan of subdivision with drawing number 2001/001 Hagley dated April 2022. </li><li> 4. Application in terms of Section 42(e) of the CCT MPBL (2015) for the implementation of a subdivision approval for Portion 1 into four Phases in accordance with phasing plan with drawing number 2001/001 Hagley dated April 2022. </li><li> 5.
