The following applications have been received:</p><ul><li> <strong>1. In terms of 42(g): Deletion of the following restrictive title deed conditions contained in title deed number T69262/2013.</strong> <br><br><strong>Condition B(1) (d): </strong>That no building or structure or any portion thereof, except boundary walls and fences, shall be erected nearer than 4,72 metres to the street line which forms a boundary of this erf. No such building or structure or any portion thereof, except boundary walls, fences or an outbuilding not exceeding 3,05 metres in height, measuring from the floor to the wall plate, and no portion of which is used for human habitation shall be erected nearer than 1,57 metres of the lateral boundary common to any adjoining erf. </li><li> <strong>2. In terms of 42(j): Deletion of conditions in respect of an existing approval deemed to be granted. </strong></li><li> <strong>3. Permanent Departures:</strong> <br>1) To permit the building to be setback 1,5 m from the eastern common boundary in lieu of 3 m. (the building to be a height of 6,34 m in lieu of 4 m). <br>2) To permit the building to be setback 0 m from the southern common boundary in lieu of 3 m.
