Waste collection: Non-residential

Non-residential entities that are deemed 'industrial' or 'commercial,' such as businesses, schools or government departments, may use the City’s service, or a service provider of their choice. Non-residential customers using the City’s service will need to sign a service agreement with the City, and choose the number of containers and service frequency of once, three or five times a week.

Where non-residential properties are serviced by private companies, a
waste assessment form needs to be completed by property owners.
