Last chance to have your say on the future of Cape Town’s spatial planning

Residents are reminded that they have one week left to comment on the City of Cape Town’s Draft District Spatial Development Plans and Environmental Management Frameworks. These plans, when adopted, will provide spatial development guidelines for Cape Town’s eight planning districts, including identification of new development opportunities, areas for enhancement and protection as well as urban upgrading.
