The City’s Mayoral Committee (Mayco) is a group of 11 councillors (members of Council) that are appointed by the Mayor and function as a local cabinet. Each member works on different areas of municipal government. The current Mayco was appointed at a Council meeting on 1 June 2011 and is as follows:
