To enter into a business arrangement with us, please register on our vendor database by completing an application form

) and by providing the necessary documentation in person to Supplier Management, 2nd Floor, Civic Centre, 12 Hertzog Boulevard, Cape Town for registration.
In procuring goods or services for the City, our department follows a fair, equitable, transparent and cost-effective process that is prescribed by policy. For goods and services below the value of R200 000, requests for quotations (RFQs) are published on the City’s website

We obtain goods and services to the value of R200 000 and above via a formal bidding process. Bids are advertised in local newspapers, including 'The Cape Times' and 'Die Burger' and can also be viewed on the website.
