
After addressing concerns raised by the public, traffic and transport stakeholders, the City of Cape Town has finalised its draft road traffic by-law and is inviting the public to comment on it.
The final version of the by-law incorporates several improvements and covers the following topics:
- Parking
- Rank tokens
- Prohibited conduct
- Taxi ranks
The City would now like to invite residents to
comment on the draft by-law, which is available for viewing at the City’s 23 subcouncil offices, its libraries and here.
All comments must be in writing and can be submitted either online or as follows:
