The City of Cape Town has prepared a draft Cape Town Spatial Development Framework and draft Spatial Development Plans/Environmental Management Frameworks for each of Cape Town’s eight planning districts. The City has also prepared a draft Densification Strategy and a draft Development Edges Policy. These plans and policies will guide the future development of Cape Town.

You are invited to attend open days in each of the subcouncils and stakeholder workshops in each of the planning districts, where these draft plans and policies will be presented and discussed.
