The Executive Mayor of Cape Town, Alderman Patricia de Lille and representatives of the United States Trade Development Agency (UDTDA) will tomorrow sign an agreement for a grant from the agency to fund a research study on the possible benefits of making wi-fi internet available in Mitchells Plain and Khayelitsha.
