Many international airlines fly direct to Cape Town, with flights from London taking about 12 hours, and flights from the USA taking about 15 hours. Some airlines offer a short connection via Johannesburg – a two hour flight away.

Cape Town International Airport is a modern, world-class facility which has recently undergone an extensive upgrade to accommodate increased numbers of travellers expected during 2010 and beyond.
