Registration
Due to system upgrade some of the links on this page may not be available during this weekend. It will be back online by Tuesday, 29 April 2014 at 07:00.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Registration is necessary for most of the services offered on this site so that we can display your account and profile information.

Registration for individuals

Registration for individuals (ratepayers wishing to see information pertaining to their residence/s) involves completing an online form located here. Once you have registered, you will be sent a username and password that enables you to login and choose the individual service you'd like.

Problems with registration can be addressed to Help.uces@capetown.gov.za

If you are a business owner/senior manager, you should register as an ‘authorising official’ and assign administrator rights to one or more of your subordinates to enable him/her to maintain user rights for your organisation. Once these user rights are assigned to a designated user (a ‘rates processor’), he/she will be able to login to e-Services to begin transacting.

Problems with registration can be addressed to Help.uces@capetown.gov.za
