30 July 2014 - The 16th Energy Efficiency Forum for Commercial Buildings
 
Owners and managers of commercial and public buildings in Cape Town - particularly building and facilities managers - are invited to attend the next meeting of the Energy Efficiency Forum, to be held on Wednesday 30 July 2014.
 
The Forum aims to provide owners and managers of offices, buildings, shopping centres or hotels with practical 'know how' on how to implement energy efficiency improvements in their own buildings and to create a platform for collective action and shared learning.
 
Date: Wednesday 30 July 2014
Time: 8:30 for 09:00 - 12:30

About Daniel:
Daniel Silke is one of South Africa’s leading independent political analysts covering South African, African and global political and economic issues. As a renowned futurist and commentator, his insightful, entertaining presentations on topical issues are in great demand. Silke is currently the Director of Political Futures Consulting and also regularly appears in print, on the internet and on radio and television both in South Africa and abroad. He lectures and consults to major corporates, academic institutions and think-tanks both locally and overseas. He has recently published an acclaimed new book “Tracking the Future: Top Trends That Will Shape South Africa and the World.”

The EE Forum aims to provide owners and managers of all commercial and large institutional properties with practical 'know how' on how to implement energy efficiency improvements, and to create a platform for collective action and shared learning.
 
The Energy Efficiency Forum for Commercial Buildings is a collaboration between the City of Cape Town, Eskom and the South African Property Owners Association. It is co-funded by Old Mutual.
 
The Forum is supported by Provincial Government of the Western Cape, Cape Town Partnership, SA Council of Shopping Centres, Green Building Council of South Africa, Cape Peninsula University of Technology, University of Cape Town and Accelerate Cape Town.
