The forum is currently managed as a close collaboration between the partner organisations, with each contributing time and different resources to the secretariat and management functions and covering of expenses.

All partners are involved in decision-making, which is characterised by strong consensus and collaboration. There is no cost attached to attending the forum, as the partner organisations agree that this is an important national issue which needs to be addressed, and they do not want expense to be an impediment to anyone attending.
