Short-term insurer Santam has agreed to co-sponsor the Energy Efficiency Forum in 2011. Says Head of Integrated Sustainability and Corporate Social Investment at Santam, Ray-ann Sedres, Santam actively promotes sustainable energy not only through the support for the Forum but also through the company’s national solar water heater claims programme.

Eskom and SAPOA (the South African Property Owners Association) are founding partners of the forum, and SACSC (the South African Council of Shopping Centres) was an important sponsor in 2009.
