It is recommended that:
a) The principles and procedure relating to the 2013/2014 Sub-council Ward Allocation process, as outlined in this report, BE ADOPTED on the understanding that the financial provision for Sub-council Ward Allocations will in each instance be allocated to the Sub-council as a whole, such amount to be calculated on the basis of the number of wards within each Sub-council;
b) R 33, 3 million of the Capital Budget and R 22, 2 million of the operating Budget BE SET ASIDE for Sub-council Ward Allocations in respect of the 2013/2014 financial year.

That the Review of the 2013/2014 Ward Allocation Process BE NOTED as there are no changes to be made.
