The meeting was opened by observing a moment of silence.

 

Cllr Thuynsma apologised that the meeting started at 11:00 as it was beyond Sub-council 09 control. Sports and Recreation Department double booked the venue by both Sub-council 09 and SASSA for same time.  Due to importance of services that SASSA is bringing to our communities, Sub-council 09 agreed to wait until SASSA is finish then the meeting start.
