The contents of the report enlightened the Subcouncil  members that the land use planning application in respect of the Rugby project is currently awaiting Provincial approval and assuming this is received within the next month Nedbank anticipates that the marketing of the Rugby and Silvertown projects will commence in the fourth quarter of this year.

The Sub council NOTED the report and requested a quarterly report be submitted to Subcouncil
