• Cllr Little campaigned that community employees who are employed and goes absent without leave be blacklisted on the jobseeker data base. The City spends money in updating the jobseeker data base, recruiting community members just stay away from work. This tendency is putting pressure on the Subcouncil and other City resources.
• Cllr Leputhing informed the Subcouncil that she notice the same persons being employed and requested that people need to be rotated. The policy does allow people to be employed after 6 months.
