Appeal to owners of business properties to assist City in valuation process
The City of Cape Town’s Valuation Department recently kicked-off preparations for its third general valuation for rating purposes. (More) Cape Town has a new Mayor Alderman Dan Plato has been elected Executive Mayor of Cape Town, and has pledged to promote job creation and regional economic growth. (More) 2010 preparations on track The City of Cape Town’s preparations for the 2010 FIFA World Cup™ have reached an advanced stage, less than 400 days before kick-off. Youth Development Programme launched
The City of Cape Town has signed an agreement with the Principality of Monaco and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) to develop a youth development programme in Gugulethu. The programme involves training unemployed youths to mentor and train younger children, using sport as a conduit. (More) |
