The Executive Mayor welcomes invitations to attend events in Cape Town.
How to invite the Executive Mayor to your event:
- Invites should reach the Mayor's office at least four weeks prior to your event. You will receive a response within 10 working days of your application
- Due to a very busy schedule it is not possible for the Mayor to attend every event that she is invited to
- All invitations must state the date, time, dress code, venue and background information of your event
- Please indicate what the Mayor is required to do at the event – e.g. keynote address, speech, ribbon-cutting, starting a race, handing over trophies, etc.
